Lost in translation
This morning my boss came straight into the office from Germany – literally from the airport.
I get back from lunch and there is a German Kit-Kat on my desk.
You know their English slogan, ‘Have a break, have a Kit-Kat’?
Well the German one is ‘Un break, un KIT KAT’…why does it suddenly sound like an order?
